I've been planning a trip (for about, uh, 18 months) to India and Nepal. When I say planning, I mean I've got this folder on my computer jammed packed with Indian goodness. Like photos of tree hut hotels, trekking routes and weird festivals. Which is better than the last big overseas expedition I made to Europe where the only research I did was to flick through a Lonely Planet, which is pretty much the worst way to go about it. I still had an amazing trip but at least this time round I've been hoarding inspiration. I think it has something to do with discovering blogs and flickr streams. If anyone's got any suggestions I would be so, so happy to hear from you. Time frame is November-January.
